Canouan Estate

Located on Canouan Island in the heart of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Canouan Estate showcases a unique collection of privately owned, serviced standalone villas and residences on a 1,200-acre estate that benefit from a wide variety of amenities.

The collection currently includes one-and two-bedroom Carenage Suites, Canouan Estate Residences which feature similar styles and views of the lagoon and vary from two to six bedrooms, and Canouan Estate Villas, which are larger homes featuring unique designs. There are five beaches, and three restaurants and bars close to the villas. Residents have access to over nine restaurants and bars on the estate, including the Mandarin Oriental Canouan and Soho Beach.

Overview

  • Golf, three restaurants and bards with full access to Mandarin Oriental facilities including more restaurants, SPA, tennis and kids club.

  • Fly to St Vincent, which is 15 min away or Barbados, 40 minutes flight. Hotel will arrange shared or private charter, where a dedicated team will whisked you onto your chartered flight. Twenty minutes after landing you will be at your hotel.

  • For the full Canouan experience, you should also head down to the Sandy Lane Yacht Club, the superyacht hub on the south-west tip of the island, for dinner at Foxy Jack’s or better still, a rum punch and popcorn chicken at Scruffy’s Bar.
